  We are a precision pet health brand, built on the love of dogs and the application of cutting edge science. We offer gut microbiome testing and personalised nutritional programmes - for happier, healthier dogs.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We’re currently taking pre-orders for our GutDiscovery® test kits. We expect these to be delivered in 3 - 4 weeks.

• When can I contact you?

  You can leave us a message 24/7 either via chat, email, or using the form above. We will respond as soon as we’re available. Generally this is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

• Can I talk to you over the phone?
